My first speech on the House Floor--with a little help from Dada!Hey friends,
Last time we posted it was November and Tim had just finished law school. Things have been very busy since then, BUT we recently got some great shots of Sophia Claire visiting Tim at the Capitol in Austin where he's working now! We had such a great time seeing the beautiful Texas capitol. These pictures were taken on the House Floor where the members debate various bills and cast votes.

Now, how many 16-month old children have ever sat in the chair of a Texas State Representative at the Texas State Capitol? Well, my granddaughter has! And her Dada looks so handsome in his suit and tie! And her Dada's boss looks so very nice. Wow! Can't wait for my own tour of the State Capitol in two weeks! And I'll be able to see Sophia walk, too! Mia's comin' to play, darlin'! And I've got goodies! Love you all! Mia

It is so nice to see new pictures up. Wow, Sophia is so big. She looks just like her daddy.Is she walking? How does Tim like the Capitol? Does he commute?
Update on us; We are moving to Indiana this summer. David got a tenure track job at Huntington University. I hate to be leaving Grand Rapids so soon. It really is a gorgeous place. Keep in touch
