Bringing in the New Year with Mimi, Uncle Don, and Aunt Cathy
We've been holed up at home alot since Sophia arrived~ letting ourselves acclamate to all the changes! But around New Year's Eve, we decided to make our first trip out of town! We went to see Mimi (Tim's grandmother) in Bryan, Texas-about an hour and a half trip. Tim's Uncle Don and Aunt Cathy were also there, so we had a great group to bring in 2008. And Sophia was a perfect angel (ofcourse :)). She was so good, infact, that our one day trip turned into three! It was such a great and unexpected little vacation. Here are some pictures from our time and short video at the end.

How did she get so big?????????? Sooooo cute, I just love seeing her with Mimi.
Sophia, don't you just love Mimi? Her laugh is contagious, she really loves her family, and she loves to go shopping! She has the biggest heart of all. I know you'll love her as we all do. And we all love YOU, too!
And then there's Uncle Don (my brother) and Aunt Kathy! You ought to see him fly his model airplanes (helicopters mostly)! He has won prizes, too! And Aunt Kathy is the interior decorator extradinaire! She'll be fun to learn from. She also plays a mean game of Scrabble!
